You walk up at the designated meeting place- you're wearing the telltale pin on your coat. It's the Hand of the King pin, from Game of Thrones, because we agreed that those books are sorta badass. A Lothlórien leaf pin works as well. I'm waiting across the street, and see you. One cursory glance reveals to me everything about you- your height, whether or not you smoke, age, dom/sub status. I walk up and utter the secret agreed upon phrase- "Nice coat". You turn a cool gaze my direction as I walk up. You say, "thanks", cause that's damn polite of someone to compliment your coat. We go somewhere, grab a drink. We're gauging each other's interests, personalities, realities. We like what we see, so we keep talking. I mention that there's a park nearby, and we could go for a walk. Walking's great, it stimulates the brain for new thoughts. We walk,we talk. you punch my arm playfully because I'm purposefully being a tease. You like it a bit. You tease back, harder. You're better at it, and I laugh. it becomes obvious that there's more to you than meets the eye. Your eyes are watching, waiting for me to make a move, wondering how it will happen.
